As a core part of our Luxury Xeriscaping practice, this discipline is where the craft becomes specific — the techniques, materials, and tolerances that separate generational work from passable work.

The new generation of synthetic turf is unrecognizable from what you remember. Soft underfoot, realistic in color, and indistinguishable from lawn at any meaningful distance.

The difference between a great install and a bad one is — again — what's underneath. Drainage, base compaction, and infill quality determine whether the turf lasts five years or twenty.

We install on a Class II base with 1–2% drainage slope, antimicrobial infill for pets, and seamed with proper turf tape. Edges are nailed into hardscape or steel-bordered.

Older versions did. Modern cool-fiber turfs run 15–20° cooler — comfortable on bare feet in most conditions.

15–20 years on a properly installed base. UV warranty is typically 8–15 years depending on product.
