We've submitted dozens of Serrano packets and carry their current materials palette and submittal checklist. We typically secure approval on first or second pass.
Designed correctly, no โ our Zone 1 plant palettes are drought-tolerant, slow-growing, and largely irrigation-light. The ongoing cost is closer to xeriscape than traditional landscape.
