Yes — Rocklin clients typically meet with Michael within a week. The studio is on Pacific Street, and most initial site visits happen the same week of inquiry.

Decomposed granite drains beautifully but is unstable on slope. We over-engineer with geogrid every other course and tieback drains daylighting downhill — the spec we developed across 30+ years of Whitney Oaks and Stanford Ranch projects.

Whitney Oaks, Stanford Ranch, Springfield, Whitney Ranch, and Park Drive Estates. We carry the architectural-review submittal templates for each and routinely manage the approval cycle on the client's behalf.

Always. Every design we submit to the City of Rocklin includes the MWELO water-budget worksheet and hydrozone plan. Our luxury xeriscape work routinely lands 20–40% under the allowance.
