Our hardscape practice braids three specializations into one structural language: hand-set stone, decorative concrete, and engineered retaining walls. Together they form the backbone of every Lavish Gardens estate.
We design hardscape to a structural engineer's tolerances and detail it to a cabinetmaker's. Foundations are over-built, drainage is invisible, and every visible joint is choreographed.

Decomposed granite drains beautifully but is unstable on slope. We over-engineer with geogrid every other course and tieback drains daylighting downhill โ the spec we developed across 30+ years of Whitney Oaks and Stanford Ranch projects.
Whitney Oaks, Stanford Ranch, Springfield, Whitney Ranch, and Park Drive Estates. We carry the architectural-review submittal templates for each and routinely manage the approval cycle on the client's behalf.
Always. Every design we submit to the City of Rocklin includes the MWELO water-budget worksheet and hydrozone plan. Our luxury xeriscape work routinely lands 20โ40% under the allowance.
